We will get to know the basics of meditation during this session. We'll talk about the benefits of meditation, posture, breath and explore different meditation techniques. Prepare to end your week on a high note!

Part of the reason we carry so much stress and tension is because our minds run constantly thinking about things that have happened, will happen or could happen. What we don't realize is that when our mind is somewhere else, we are completely missing the moment. Not only are we missing the present moment when we are wrapped up in our thoughts, but we are also creating tension, stress, anxiety, lack of focus and so many other experiences on our bodies because we spend so much time playing out scenarios rather than being in the here and now.

In this 90 minute experience, Jodi will guide you through exploring meditations you can learn how to put into your everyday life to help you:

● release, let go ● set intentions and goals ● explore the seven energy centers of the body called, chakras ● relieve stress ● focus and increase concentration ● relax before bed time ● calm down when the emotions are running too high at the office or at home ● improve personal intuition and learn how to listen to your own guidance and wisdom

This experience will leave you feeling grounded, re-centered, focused and more connected than when you arrived. 

Most importantly, you will gain a deeper understanding of not only what meditation is, but how to incorporate small pieces of a meditation practice into your day-to-day lifestyle.

Yoga Sequences and Pranayama for Self Confidence

Let go of what you think life is supposed to be and find the courage to live the life you know you want. Tired of feeling trapped by how you look at and talk to yourself? Do your internal insecurities make you too nervous to interact with others? Do you want to try new things but are too afraid? Do you want more out of your life but have no idea how to get there?

What Can You Expect?

The session is powerful, personalized and reflective, designed to challenge and empower you on all levels. Jodi will guide you through a yoga flow teaching postures designed specifically to help you release unhealthy self-judgement, expectation and begin busting through self-imposed barriers and fear to increase your self-confidence. The last portion of the workshop will be a combination of guided meditation and strategies to help you tap
into your inner courage and stoke your inner fire.

The class is an alternating slow flow of hatha style yoga with increments of guided meditation designed to take
you on a powerful and reflective inward journey. You will leave with take away action items, specific yoga poses and a special guided meditation you can do at home to continue on your personal wellness journey.

Guided Meditation Workshop

Open Your Mind, Body and Soul to the power of meditation as a tool to overcome everyday challenges and live in the moment. Our journey will begin with a 15-minute guided meditation, followed by a 45-minute restorative style Vinyasa flow open to all levels. The final 20 minutes of the session will focus on relaxation & restoration with crystal therapy to realign and readjust your chakras. Optional intuitive angel card readings will be available after class.
