Yoga Virgins - 6 Week Series


Have you ever wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start? Do you already
have a practice, but want to brush up on the fundamentals? Yoga Virgins is a 6-week
series geared toward any practitioner looking to break down the foundational
postures and elements of a yoga practice. We take each hour-long class and devote it
to working on a posture from the ground up. By the end of the series, you will have the
knowledge to safely and intelligently practice with modifications and props so
that you feel confident in any class.

WEEK 1 Basic Postures
WEEK 2 Alignment of Basic Postures
WEEK 3 The use of Props
WEEK 4 Mindfulness and Breath
WEEK 5 Healthy Wrists and Shoulders
WEEK 6 Spinal Movement
