Would you like to reset your eating habits? We know that losing weight and being healthier isn’t about simply about eliminating sugar, it’s about how you skillfully replace it. This is your chance to give your body a vacation from sugar, carbs and processed foods.
If you find yourself constantly pin-balling between hunger, eating and then hunger again, refined carbs and sugar may be part of the reason. Pastas, bread, chips and Oreos are all packed with calories and sugar and offer little fiber or real nutritional benefit. Studies have proven that when you consume sugar and refined carbs your body can’t use it is turned into fat. Not to mention, sugar is SUPER addictive. Worst of all, it's known to show up in foods you don’t expect and with names that only a scientist would recognize.
The good news is the longer sugar is out of your system the less you will crave it.
The first class will begin on October 13th from 9:30-10:30am. Two supplemental and optional classes will be held on the subsequent Saturdays and will cover topics like digestion, how to boost your immune system, and how to start adding healthy sugars back into your daily life. Most importantly, each week you will be supported by your fellow students and come home with new recipes and new ideas. The final class will celebrate your success and discuss how to incorporate all that’s been learned so that you are well prepared to stay healthy for the rest of the year.
Every student that registers will also be given a 30 minute one-on-one Nutritional Coaching session with April at an agreed upon date.
