Weekends are wonderful! They're days we set aside to gather with friends, eat good food, sleep in and have some fun. But as Sunday rolls around, we can feel in need of a detox.
Join Rachel on Sunday, October 7th for an afternoon of just that- detoxification! Rachel will lead a 90 minute class focused on specific stretches, twists and compressions to help cleanse the digestive system. This is an all levels Hatha class that will build some heat and leave us feeling refreshed and cleansed!
Physical Wellness is about not only staying active but fueling the body with healthy foods. Following class, we will share a healthy dinner together. Dinner will consist of a salad made from seasonal veggies, toasted sweet potato with avocado bites and a light dessert. All food will be vegan and gluten free.
