Concepts of the human energy field are being rediscovered and discussed around the globe. The Human Energy Field has been an integral aspect of many Eastern cultures for thousands of years. In our modern times, this concept of human energy can feel abstract and difficult to integrate into our own personal daily life.
This workshop will show you how to do just that. It will be informative and experiential, empowering you with wisdom and practices you can take home and begin to use immediately.
During the workshop we will:
• Explain the of human energy fields in detailed, yet understandable terms
• Discuss what energy is, where energy comes from and how it flows through you
• Teach you simple practices you can incorporate into your every day life right away that will shift and enhance your own energy flow to create the life you desire
• Provide a safe, sacred space for discussion and sharing
• Include ample time for you to experience the practices we teach
After attending this full-day workshop you will:

Mary Shackelford, RN, BSN, HN-BC, CHHC, is a transformational coach and self-care expert. She is passionate about empowering individuals, using a whole person approach, to focus on nourishing the mind-body-spirit connection to live life more consciously and fully.
After suffering from severe panic attacks and stress, Mary discovered the magic of self-care as the key to finding health, happiness and success. She has taken her personal journey, her formal education and her determination to live life passionately and made it her life’s work
With a career in nursing and multiple degrees and certifications in holistic wellness and coaching, Mary uses her skills and passions to create a pathway to positivity and joy. Through her coaching, workshops, writing and seminars Mary stewards busy, driven people back to their hearts showing how to put their health and well-being back on the priority list.
Peggy coaches individuals how to better understand and be in touch with their own magnificent energy. She offers them tools to allow the energy to flow optimally in them and their life.
Energy is the foundational element of everything. As a human, we are energy that is experienced as physical form. The observable experience of our self is our physical body. The non-observable experience of our Self is our energetic vibrational dynamics.
Understanding the relationship between physical matter and energy is very important in understanding our human experience. Energy vibrates at certain frequencies and manifests matter. Our experience of matter, our physical body and world, is the result of energy vibrating at certain frequencies to manifest this experience of humanness.
To understand our Self as a human, we must become aware of our underlying energetic dynamics that is manifesting our human experience of physical form.
