Self-compassion practices help balance up the scales, giving us tools to tend to ourselves when we most need it.

to calm our mind, body and soul, and practice loving ourselves up!
In this 6 week course we’ll explore some of the core practices from the Mindful Self-Compassion curriculum designed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer.
Through meditations, exercises and group sharing we’ll practice tried and true methods for learning how to be our own best friend. Taught by Certified Mindful
