28 Day Sugar Detox for Vegetarians and Vegans

You deserve to give your body a vacation from sugar, carbs and processed foods…and get ready to have more energy, less inflammation, and glow!

 

Saturday, March 3rd, from 9:30-10:30am, Board Certified Health Coach, April Strelinger aka "Foodie Godmother", will kick off her 28 day "No Sugar Reboot for Vegetarians/Vegans" that will stop those sugar and carb cravings. You will learn how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for a successful REAL FOOD cleanse. You will be given tools and recipes to navigate this journey as well as a community to keep each other accountable and strong.

 

 

Three supplemental classes will be held on the subsequent and will cover topics like digestion, how to increase your immune system, and after 28 days how to start adding healthy sugars back into your daily life. Most importantly, each week you will be supported by your fellow students and come home with new recipes and new ideas. The final class will celebrate your success and discuss how to incorporate all that's been learned so that you are well prepared to stay healthy for the rest of the year.

 

Every student that registers will also be given a 30 minute one-on-one health consultation with April at an agreed upon date.
