Whether you already eat plant-based and want a "refresh" or are curious about trying vegetarianism, this 4-week series on GOING VEG will set you up for nutritional success.
It isn't as simple as ditching burgers and chicken tenders. Adhering to a vegetarian diet that's actually wholesome and doesn't put you at risk for illness or a nutrient deficiency requires meal planning, cooking tips, and research.
Join certified health coach, April Strelinger, to begin building your daily diet around fresh, whole foods like fruits, vegetables, beans, grains, and nuts and seeds. Then watch as your health and fitness levels improve!
First class starts on Saturday 3/3 from 11:00-12:00pm. Three supplemental classes will be held on the subsequent Saturdays and will cover topics like cooking for vegetarians and proper nutrition.
Every student that registers will also be given a 30 minute one-on-one health consultation with April at an agreed upon date.
