Teaching Yoga to children is a powerful tool for introducing healthy behaviors and decision making processes. Yoga also establishes new movement and thought patterns that can positively influence them today while creating a healthy foundation for their future.
In this fun and interactive class, your child will learn the basics of yoga and mindfulness. We will share everything from poses with animal names to coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety.
Join Bryna and her little ones the 1st Saturday of each month. Bring your child (age 6-12) and join along or drop off.
No experience required.
