Mindful Eating: A 4-Week Series

Start your journey to your best-self with a bold statement: I don't want another diet.

Would you like to gain a whole new perspective on your relationship with food? Food (and the guilt/shame/rules that we have around it) take up mental space. This "diet mentality" creates mental, emotional and physical patterns ruled by anxiety and fear. Yes, food is our body’s fuel, but it is so much more. It gives us energy, affects our moods, and influences our relationship with ourselves and others. It is interwoven into our lives in every way.

Previously offered as a stand-alone workshop, this four-week series will delve deeper into the 4 Mindset Shifts that you need to ditch those negative behavior patterns and lead you toward your true vibrancy! Prior class attendance is not necessary.

The first class will begin on July 16th from 6:00 to 7:00pm. The following three classes will be held on the subsequent Mondays.

Every student that registers will also be given a 30 minute one-on-one Nutritional Coaching session with April at an agreed upon date.
