Power meets Soul in this 4 week series. We'll come together as a community and challenge ourselves through the mind, body, and spirit.
Each class will be a 60-minute Power Vinyasa Flow that synchronizes breath with movement to create a beautiful pattern of motion and energy. We will move through poses in a way that allows you to become deeply aware of the breath to movement connection—be prepared for a challenge and a sweaty summer glow!
During this series we will not only put an emphasis on our physical practice but will also work to clear out negative energies and old beliefs that have been built up over time. Meditation and mindfulness will be skillfully woven in each week to promote freedom in the physical body and will give your soul permission to shine.
Each class can be attended independently or as a series. You can use your class card or purchase a drop in ($15) to attend. No New Student Specials.
