Start your Wednesdays with the calming, clarifying and balancing power of presence and breath. Movement with meditation offers many benefits to our mind, body and spirit including reducing anxiety, stress and inflammation, boosting our immune system, and increasing our focus and attention.
It can often be a challenge to find the time or the patience to sit for meditation on our own. This mediation class starts with gentle movement and then offers an opportunity to experience guided meditation in a supportive setting.
All are welcome. No previous experience needed. Chairs provided for those who prefer more support.
