Being in your body can be shameful, uncomfortable, unsatisfying, and even hateful, but it doesn’t have to be. You get to experience life feeling at home, grounded, and comfortable in your body.
In this body-love workshop, Becca will share her personal story and guide you in returning to your body through the tools of grounding and gentle yoga, meditation, pranayama, and coaching. Gain access to your body’s infinite intelligence and let go of self-shame, dissatisfaction, and insecurities.
