Join Brooke Brasfield, LCSW, a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Life Coach for this monthly group on learning how to thrive with anxiety instead of feeling consumed by it. By joining this group you will other women who have similar struggles with anxiety and are looking for tools and skills to thrive. You will feel completely supported within a safe and confidential group environment. You will learn applicable skills that you can take with you and implement after each group. At the end of each group, you will feel inspired, empowered and supported.
