Teaching Yoga to children is a powerful tool for introducing healthy behavior, movement and thought patterns that can positively influence their whole lives. In this fun and interactive class, your child will learn the basics of yoga and mindfulness. We will share everything from poses with animal names to coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety.
No experience required.
