Reclaiming the Unique Language of Our Bodies

Sat Date: 6/6/2020 - 7/25/2020 From: 7:00 am - 8:00 am

Reclaiming the Unique Language of Our Bodies through Movement + Stillness

We are often told to “listen to our bodies” in many yoga and fitness classes. But how many of us have ever taken the the time to feel into how our body communicates to us?

Our bodies are consistently communicating to us through through sensations. As we create sacred space within ourselves through movement, breath work and stillness, cultivate awareness and language around your felt sense vocabulary as you explore the unique language of your body and nervous system.

Each week in this series, we will explore a different part of the body through our yoga sequence. With a spirit of curiosity and compassion, we will tune into the sensations we feel in each part of the body and play with descriptive words to build our felt sense vocabulary.

Class offered Weekly June 6 - July 25, Saturdays 7-8am
