Gratitude is fundamental to our functioning as human beings.
Neurologically it stimulates our higher mind and creates mental clarity. It shifts our emotional state, improves sleep, reduces stress, and increases our resilience.
Gratitude, as a practice, has the power to change our life.
This embodied yoga practice of gratitude will use Savoring as a gateway to notice and enjoy the positive experiences that are already present in the world around us. We will move through a slow flow yoga sequence, breathing practices and a meditation to amplify gratitude in our world.
Students are encouraged to bring a journal and writing utensil to take notes of their experience.
