Deep Stretch with Massage Therapy Balls
Unwind deeply with this floor-based, yin-style class that blends self-massage using soft therapy balls with long-held, supported stretches. Designed to release chronic tension in the hips, back, shoulders, and more, each session soothes the nervous system and restores ease to the body. Props and modifications make every shape accessible and deeply comfortable—no flexibility or experience required. Yoga basics
This basics class welcomes new students and experienced practitioners alike. Offered at a slower pace, our basics class focuses on the basic yoga postures, principles of alignment with precise cueing and the significance of the breath in our practice. Modifications and variations for every pose will be offered for diverse body types and abilities.

In this class, we will work on poses that build strength and work up to more challenging, less commonly seen poses.
There will be binds, arm balances and loads of assistance with verbal cues to help you find your personal edge.
