Meditate, practice yoga, and hike
Practice the full spectrum of Ayurvedic rituals including abhyangha, nasya, oil pulling, tongue scraping, moon bathing and more!
Learn sleep practices and anti-aging practices that will last long beyond your weekend away.
Connect deeply to your natural world. Our weekend will be initiated by a Taurus Full Moon. Taurus is all about delighting the senses and Ayurveda is all about helping us get back in touch with them- what timing!
