Think of them as the electrical hubs of your body, when they’re clear and flowing, you feel balanced, focused, and vibrant. When they’re "clogged," life can feel like an uphill climb.
Join us for these classes where we move beyond just "stretching" and start tuning into the subtle architecture of our own energy. Each week, we dive deep into one specific chakra using a blend of targeted asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and focused meditation.
We’ll use the body as a doorway to balance your nervous system and refine your focus. You’ll learn how these centers affect your physical health, your emotional resilience, and the natural rhythm of your breath. You’ll walk away with more than just a "yoga high", you’ll have a toolkit to manage your energy long after you leave the mat.
