All movements will be floor-based to keep you grounded and unhurried, perfect for unwinding the mind and relaxing the body. Consider this class a place where your Sunday Scaries are laid to rest, the nervous system is deeply cared for, and the heart feels open and replenished for the week ahead. Calming movement, gentle breath techniques, and a looooong savasana combine for whole-body renewal.
