Body and Breath: A New Weekly Yoga Class Starts January 11, 2019

Join Jessie every Friday from 12:00-1:00pm for her new class, Body and Breath, starting January 11.

Breath is one of the most powerful bridges between the mind and the body.

Tap into this connection as we focus on yogic breathing practices, pranayama, paired with a gentle flow that supports good posture and circulation to create space for a more expansive, healing, mindful breath.

This class is every Friday, except on "First Fridays Free Yoga" held each month.

Cost: Class card, unlimited monthly, or $15 drop in.
