Chair Yoga Workshop

Every Body has a Yoga Body! Chair yoga is for everyone.

Whether you have never experienced yoga before or have been practicing for years, this workshop will guide you in developing a supported practice.

Bryna will show you how you can use a chair for practicing yoga any time, anywhere. We will learn ways to make all the postures completely accessible for anyone in any body.

This class is specially great for:

  • Yogis with desk jobs who want to fit in a ‘yoga break’ during the workday.

  • Yogis with limited mobility, or who want to start off slowly.

  • Yogis looking for new ways to practice.
