Eating for Your Dosha - Ayurveda Recipes

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems and is the “sister science” to yoga. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago and is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

In this workshop, we will discuss Ayurvedic health principals including how to determine your personal Dosha; known as Vata (air/space), Pitta (fire/water), and Kapha (water/earth). You will also be guided in a personalized way to eat foods in order to restore balance in the body, support mindful eating, and boost vibrancy so that we can connect to greater joy in life.
