This workshop is to bring mothers, fathers, and caregivers together as a community to learn the traditional practice of Ayurvedic Infant Massage. The benefits are for both the infant and the caregiver.

We will go over the how-to massage and then learn simple exercises that benefit the infant's growth and muscles. We will practice the sequence and you will leave with a cheat sheet to do this at home.

Open to:

*Future parents/caregivers or parents/caregivers with their infants

*Non-mobile infants

*Bring a babydoll to practice with
