New Weekly Class! Yoga and Meditation

This class is a blend of hatha and tantra based yoga practices aimed to build grounded awakened energy in the body. We will practice a combination of yoga flow and stillness to both unwind and strengthen the physical body.

We will work with all the layers of our being; breath, mind, energy, spirit and higher consciousness through the integration of breath work and meditation.

Neurocience is now teaching us that with as little as 6 weeks of practice we can create an increase in white matter in our brain that allows us to calm our fear response, increase right/left brain integration and most importantly improve our resiliency to enable us to live our best life possible.
