Grace & Gratitude: A Special Thanksgiving Practice

Gratitude is how we shift our emotional state. Neurologically it stimulates our higher mind and takes us closer to its source—grace. Grace and gratitude are key for empathy, compassion and acceptance. They exist in symbiosis within our hearts, all we have to do is pause and remember.

In this special Thanksgiving practice we will amplify grace and gratitude through restful and gentle flow yoga, breathing practices and a gratitude meditation to magnify grace in our world.
