This free 30-minute class will offer students of all backgrounds a chance to explore the ease and excitement of a chair-based yoga practice. Instruction will be woven together with trauma-sensitive cueing, invitational language, and plenty of choice to find your own expression of strength during class. Questions and feedback are welcome at the end of practice. Informal consultation is also available to help you find the classes or teachers at Joy of Yoga that might be the “best fit” for your needs.
