Yoga and the Nervous System ONLINE


This is a virtual class Central Standard Time

This class is perfect for days when you are feeling anxious or stressed and feeling the need to move. In this class, you will be offered opportunities to connect to your mind and body through soothing breathing practices while engaging the innate wisdom of our nervous system. Through repetitive, breath-based movement, students will explore yoga shapes that can ease them closer to a felt sense of relaxation.
