This free 30-minute class will offer students of all backgrounds a chance to explore the support and comfort of a restorative yoga practice. Instruction will be woven together with trauma-sensitive cueing, invitational language, and plenty of choice to find your own expression of rest during class. Questions and feedback are welcome at the end of practice. Informal consultation is also available to help you find the classes or teachers at Joy of Yoga that might be the “best fit” for your needs.
