Spring has sprung and energy is high! In this 2 part workshop we will use that energy to work on poses that build strength and work up to more challenging, less commonly seen poses.
There will be a lot of binds, arm balances and loads of assistance and cues to help you find your personal edge. Come to one or both workshops to get your physical spring cleaning done ripe with movement and a healthy dose of challenge!
