Mental and Emotional Healing is the focus in the Second Degree of Reiki. As is practicing with others and receiving the symbols and their mantras to send Reiki across distance, time and space.
The Reiki Master shares the sacred Reiki symbols and mantras that are used to deepen the healing treatments, as well as guiding you through different distance healing techniques.

You will learn the hand positions and how to give a full Reiki Treatment to others. The Second Degree attunement will allow for a deeper and more spiritual awareness of life force energy. This is an experiential course where students have the option to practice Reiki on one another. This course can also be attended online, and now you will have the skills to send Reiki from a distance!

What to Bring to Reiki Training:

- Wear comfortable clothing
- Pen, pencil and paper or Personal Journal
- Water
- An open heart

This training takes place over four, 2 hour days. You will receive your attunements the 2nd and 3rd meeting.

All class participants are required to have Reiki Level 1 attunement to participate.

Yoga Teachers will receive 4 hours of Continuing Education Hours through Yoga Alliance.
