There are many forms of meditation. In this class we combine the breath and crystal sound vibrations to drop you deep state of relaxation. In this process we allow our nervous system to unwind and untangle. When we are rooted in a place of calm, we can let go of heavy things that no longer serve us and usher in an overall sense of well-being. Wether you have a regular meditation practice or limited experience, this class is for you.
