Cancer Season is upon us with the Summer Solstice and the New Moon happening in the watery, nourishing, creative sign of Cancer! Cancer initiates emotional connection. This sign wants to feed, nourish, provide safety, create intimacy and give life. Cancer is The Mother.

Join us in a fluid, gentle and restorative yoga practice, one that will build the container of your being in order to digest and transform any thought, emotion or experience.

When something comes to light, wants to emerge and be brought into consciousness, we must have a sturdy enough container to let it alchemize, transform and possibly dissipate within us. The sun is golden light, transformative light, if we let it be.
