Safely enter into a mindfulness and meditation practices that can soothe and support anxiety through a mix of conscious breathing exercises, mindfulness compassionate body scans, and Buddhist meditation techniques that can help us expand our consciousness.
Participants are encouraged to come practice through a lens of curiosity and non-judgement.
This class is for anyone that wants to practice mindfulness and meditation through a compassion focused, trauma sensitive lens
