Set up your week right with an outdoor yoga class and intention setting practice every Sunday evening in the park. We will meet in Blackburn park (weather permitting).
Class will begin with a few journaling and goal setting exercises followed by a short meditation. From there, you'll move into an all levels flow to stretch and get your entire body and mind synched up and prepared for the week to come. Finally, we'll wrap up with a little outdoor socially distant socializing! I know we’ve missed seeing lots of you in person, we can’t wait to safely share a practice with you.
Bring yoga mat, any yoga props you enjoy using, journal and pen.
