This is a 75-minute all-levels vinyasa-style class designed to be an intense workout to build stamina and develop your core. Each class will focus on a different part of the body (for example, shoulder, back, or hips). Most classes are structured as follows: sun salutations, a sequence of standing postures, a few poses related to the area of focus for the day, core work, arm balance, and inversion.
