Learn how to make your own mala! The start of a new year is a perfect time to set intentions, begin a new meditation practice or re energize your current practice. Join Chalaine as she leads us through the ancient tradition of hand knotting special stone beads into your own beautiful Mala necklace.
While we create our one of a kind Mala's we will:
- choose your own set of beads that you feel aligned with to make our own mala to take home and use for manifesting all of 2020
- all supplies will be provided and are included in the cost of the workshop
- discuss the history and meaning of a Mala
- learn how to use our Mala in many different ways including manifesting our dreams
- get a chance to chat and get to know each other
A Mala takes on a special meaning when you make it yourself!
You do not need to be "crafty" or have any experience to make this beautiful necklace.
All supplies will be provided. Just bring your open heart.
