Blending a yin yoga practice with a morning mindfulness practice can support us in increasing our emotional intelligence and overall compassion.

Through a blend of meditation rituals, deep stretches, restorative twists and rejuvenating lunges, we’ll get your day started with the TLC you deserve.

Each week we’ll focus on a different part of the body and meditation ritual and take-home tips you can use in your daily life when you need some yin yoga and mindfulness support on the fly.
