Yoga has withstood the test of time because it is adaptable—we can take it anywhere, even to our beds! Think outside the mat and enjoy gentle stretching, breathwork, and meditation from the coziest spot in your home. Together, we’ll explore movements for easeful digestion, deep sleep, and relaxing from a long day. Even a few wakeful sequences will be incorporated that you can use on mornings you’re not quite ready to get out of bed. The only props you’ll need are bed pillows and a blanket. Drop-in to just one, or enjoy the whole 4-week series!
