In this gentle and restorative yoga class we will take time to softly stretch and then settle into fully supported restorative yoga postures. We will focus on supporting all layers of the physical and energetic body that can be especially affected during the winter season.
This practice is designed to invite in feelings of comfort and bliss while the body is fully supported, promoting deeper and fuller nights sleep as well as creating longevity and strength in the joints and muscles of the body.
Students will learn how to use various props to create a cozy nest of comfort on their mats. Join online or in-person. Class open to all experience levels. Excellent class for those with limited mobility or who are new to the practice. All class cards welcome.
