This beginner friendly class combines self-massage techniques using small, grippy rubber balls with a gentle asana practice to help participants connect with their body and breath and tap into the body's relaxation response which assists in the body's ability to rest and recover from the stress and strain of everyday life.
Each class will include using the therapy balls on various muscles and muscle groups along with accessible yoga poses to help participants build a deeper connection with their bodies. This class is a great complement to anyone who participates in strenuous physical activity as well.
All experience levels are welcome to this class that combines all the things you love about yoga and massage in one place.
