Yogi Storyteller, Erin Ford, will settle you in with calming breath awareness, guiding you into a state of relaxation. Once settled, she will tell you a story to inspire hope, optimism and connection.
These monthly “cat naps” offer a window of rest and reprieve for all ages.
You are welcome to join in at the studio or enjoy your nap at home or in your headphones from the passenger seat on a flight or drive.
