Letting go reflects a quietude that can restore us. It is a release of the distractions that take up space in our bodies and occupies our thoughts.
This practice will reset your mind and body by slowing down your breath. This slowing will be practiced throughout a gentle yoga-flow sequence and meditation to recalibrate your whole being.
Letting go is not just about putting things down. On a deeper level, letting go is about letting your heart soften so the depth of your being can come alive.
