Stress depletes us.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, stress dries out our bodies and weakens our digestion. Over time our immune system becomes compromised.

Known as the lifestyle science of yoga, Ayurveda is the world's oldest holistic healing system. Its intelligence is in its simplicity. Ayurveda teaches us that like increases like and that opposites balance.

The goal of this workshop is to help you find holistic methods that build a strong immune system by increasing your ojas, the subtle essence of kapha (water/earth). We will explore diet, self care practices, mindset and stress management techniques that are rooted in the science of Ayurveda.

Come prepared with pen and paper. We will also practice a short yoga asana practice during this educational workshop.
