Have you ever wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start? Have you maybe tried yoga before, but want to understand the fundamentals? Yoga Virgins is a 6-week series geared toward any practitioner looking to break down the foundational postures and elements of a yoga practice.
We take each hour-long class and devote it to working on a technique, posture or sequence from the ground up. By the end of the series, you will have the knowledge to safely and intelligently practice with modifications and props so
that you feel confident in any class.

• WEEK 2: Alignment of Basic Postures
• WEEK 3: The Use of Props
• WEEK 4: Mindfulness and Breath
• WEEK 5: Healthy Wrists and Shoulders
• WEEK 6: Spinal Movement
