With all of the changes that are constantly happening within and around us, it's nice to know that we have the ability to navigate these changes despite the obstacles we face. Feeling centered and grounded comes from within us NOT from around us, and our yoga practice reminds us of this every time we step onto our mats.
This class will focus on connecting breath with a guided yoga flow. We will find space in the places that feel tight and focus on navigating the inevitable changes of life using our strength from within.
This class is open to all levels!
