Do you ever feel like you need a mid-day pick-me-up? A little stretch and maybe even a nap on your lunch break? Studies show that allowing the body to rest in supportive yoga postures while receiving guided relaxation can help bring back our energy, reduce fatigue, leave us feeling more revitalized, and can even help reduce chronic stress and anxiety. In this 60-minute class, students will be guided through gentle shapes to stretch and soften the body while the second half of class will be dedicated to guided relaxation through yoga nidra practices. Students will enjoy an extended Savasana accompanied by the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls. Invite your mind and body to shift back into a more peaceful and harmonious state through these well-studied techniques. Students can expect to leave class feeling relaxed and recharged, ready to take on the rest of the day.
All class cards are welcome. In-studio and live stream online. If you cannot attend in person or on the live stream, students will receive a class recording with access for 72 hours.
