In this class, we look at the body as the road map to the subconscious mind. Combining yoga, energy medicine, and metaphysical(beyond-physical) healing; we will build sustainable flexibility in the body, mind, heart, and soul. We breathe and stretch into the different areas of the body and address any trapped emotions or energy. We discuss what each part of the body means symbolically and energetically. Releasing these blockages is what allows us to increase our capacity for the joy and happiness we desire. Our capacity is equal to our flexibility. We find our edge and breath into it. Physically, we will focus on both active and passive flexibility to create longevity in our practice and our life.
