Designed for new and experienced students alike, classes are intended to be accessible with a variety of options within poses. Students are encouraged to adapt to the pacing and postures to their own practice in pursuit of cultivating ease and relaxation, whether that means interpreting the teacher’s guidance with more vigor or more gentleness.
Explore mindful movements through postures to help unravel embodied stress and tension using tools such as breathwork, mindful meditation and self-compassion practices. Gathered in community, you can expect to mindfully explore your individual edge as we discover deep rest, nourish our bodies, expand our hearts and create a more spacious mind.
Classes are open to anyone of all ages and athletic abilities.
